Learn Vedic Meditation in just four days
Vedic Meditation is taught in a structured four-day course held on consecutive days:

Day 1: A private one-on-one session where you receive a personalized mantra and experience your first meditation.

Days 2–4: Group sessions that deepen your understanding and confidence in the technique. We will explore the impact of stress on the body, the nature of the mind, and how meditation is a powerful technique for managing stress and sustaining well-being. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how meditation helps cultivate balance and resilience in daily life.​
Vedic Meditation is simple to learn, making it perfect for beginners—even if you’ve struggled with meditation in the past. After completing the course, you’ll have everything you need to meditate independently, without relying on apps or external guidance. ​
