Practical information

Therapy sessions take place in my private practice in Utrecht or online on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Would you like to book a session outside of office hours, please contact me via email to discuss the possibilities.

Fees and payment

Consultations and EMDR sessions are not covered by health insurance in the Netherlands. Employers are often prepared to pay for (part of) the therapy sessions. Are you self-employed? Then the sessions are often deductible. If you have any questions, please reach out through email.
 

First appointment (intake) 75 minutes €199

Single session 45 minutes €139

Each month I'll send you an invoice which you need to pay within 14 days. I hold a 48hr cancelation policy.​

Aanmelden

Je kan je aanmelden door een kennismaking in te plannen of een email te sturen naar info@sophiezijlstra.com. Vermeld hierbij ook je telefoonnummer zodat ik je kan bellen. Na de telefonische kennismaking plannen we een intake gesprek. Dit kan meestal op korte termijn, binnen 1-2 weken.
